Comparison as of October 2026, based on public materials. Verify current parameters — both products evolve.
Entry price. Invico charges nothing for issuing — only Premium is paid (bank matching, custom domain, API quotas). Fakturoid charges from the very first invoice.
Automation depth. Statutory late-payment interest right inside the reminder, instalment schedules with derived paid state, payment-matching rules, receivables and payables aging reports.
Extensibility. Endpoints for documents, contacts and expenses, signed webhooks with custom payload templates (Slack/Discord/Teams presets), an MCP server for agents, and an OpenAPI spec on a public URL.
Accountant integrations and phone support. Fakturoid has years of refined exports and partnerships. For companies with an accountant on speed dial it is the more comfortable starting point.
Invico is not an accounting suite — it is the invoicing and evidence layer that keeps pace with Czech legislation and leaves bookkeeping to exports into Pohoda and friends.
CSV import understands Fakturoid exports natively — contacts and documents transfer without rewriting headers. Want to be there at launch? Leave us your e-mail and the invite goes out first.
