Production — orders, workshop and board

The order module for manufacturers: a pipeline from review to invoicing, item checklists and a workshop board.

Production — orders, workshop and board

Orders run the pipeline “to check → confirmed → in production → done → invoiced” and hold items with photos, SKU, variant and customer text. The workshop board is on licensed deployments (VYDOZ); the sales-side list of all orders lives on the Orders page.

  1. 1An order e-mail lands on the intake address — the parser recognizes catalog codes and creates an order “to check”.
  2. 2A phone order is created by hand with the photo picker — under two minutes.
  3. 3In the workshop you tick finished items per station (print / plates / assembly / dispatch).
  4. 4“Delivery note” issues a DL series — stock deducts exactly once. “Invoice” then bridges it into a billing invoice with no second deduction.

Workshop board

/vyroba/tv is a read-only TV board — rotates overview and stations, refreshes itself, no controls. Pin it to one station with ?station=tisk.

From the order detail you can print production labels — one per item, with code, qty, variant and production month.

The order detail sums material consumption across lines — exactly what the warehouse deducts on delivery.
