Model withdrawal form for consumers

Annex 1 to the Invico Terms of Service (Section 1820(1)(i) and Section 1830 of the Czech Civil Code). As a consumer you may complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period from its conclusion.

Notice and information for consumers:

1. You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract / creation of the paid account (Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code).
2. If you requested that the provision of services begin before the withdrawal period expired, you owe the operator a proportionate part of the agreed price for services actually provided up to the moment of withdrawal (Section 1834 of the Civil Code).
3. The right of withdrawal lapses if the service was provided in full with your prior express consent before the end of the withdrawal period (Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code), or where delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has begun.
