Accessibility Statement
The operator of the Invico service is committed to making the invico.org website and application accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), implemented in Czech law by Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for products and services. Accessibility is assessed against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1, level AA.
Compliance status
This website and application are conformant — the content meets WCAG 2.1 AA. We assessed the site through self-evaluation in September 2026 and remediated the remaining issues in October 2026.
What we follow (POUR principles)
- Perceivable — semantic HTML with
mainlandmarks and headings, labels for forms and controls, sufficient text contrast (min. 4.5:1), text can be enlarged to 200 % without loss of content, the payment QR code is always accompanied by its textual details (account, variable symbol, amount), and the demo videos include captions. - Operable — the entire site can be operated by keyboard, a skip link bypasses the navigation, focus outlines are visible, dialogs trap focus and close with Escape, the application honours the "reduce motion" preference (
prefers-reduced-motion), and there are no time limits or flashing content. - Understandable — the page language is always declared via the
langattribute (Czech and English, including in-app language switching), every screen has its own page title, navigation and naming are consistent, and forms report errors clearly and in a machine-readable way (role="alert"). - Robust — valid markup compatible with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and standard browsers; PDF documents are generated tagged and with a document outline.
Known limitations
- Interactive forms on the legal pages (withdrawal form) require JavaScript; without it, the content remains readable and printable.
- PDF documents generated before October 2026 may not be tagged — the HTML version of each document on its public
/i/…link provides a fully accessible alternative.
