Payroll — employee evidence

Employee cards, monthly payroll runs, sickness compensation and accountant exports.

Invico holds employee evidence and computes monthly runs from the year’s parameters (ZP/SP rates, taxpayer discount). It is evidence, not a certified payroll app — final filing stays with dedicated payroll software.

1. 1Add an employee with a card — contract, hourly/monthly wage, discounts.
2. 2Run the monthly payroll in one click — payslips generate for the whole period.
3. 3Sickness compensation is added automatically when an employee has DPN days 1–14.
4. 4Accountant exports and summaries live on the Run card — payslip ZIP plus a summary.

After each new year let it check the parameters — Invico surfaces a “year parameters” card on Payroll.

The health-insurer dropdown lists every active Czech insurer plus legacy codes for old payslips.
