Orders — every order in one place
The sales hub: e-shop orders (Shopify, Shoptet, WooCommerce), parsed e-mail orders and manual ones — one queue from draft to invoice.
Every inbound order starts “To review” — the top section of the page. Verify the items, fill in whatever the parser missed, and Confirm moves it into processing.
- 1E-shop orders mirror automatically — the Shopify/Shoptet/WooCommerce webhook creates the document and a “to review” order with the invoice linked.
- 2An order e-mail to the intake address parses into price-list items; whatever does not parse, you fill in on the order detail.
- 3Manual orders via “New order” — contact, items picked from the price list with photos, note.
- 4A finished order → Delivery note (deducts stock) → Invoice — or invoice directly. Documents link both ways.
When an e-shop order already has an invoice, the order shows its number and “Invoiced” is just marked — no second document is issued.
Drafts sit on top for review — the mail parser recognises SKUs and quantities, a human just confirms.
